Does Anyone Know What Causes This?
It crashes FSX as well, never seen anything like.

I have seen it a number of times. It is to do with animations built into the model. The spinning view of aircraft in FSX shows the aircraft with Gear up and engines shut down. If a model has an animation associated with engine shut down (such as Ground Equipment they show up in the preview.
