  • ALCAN Highway (IV)

This week we will be finishing our four part trek along the ALCAN, flying from Silver City, Yukon to Delta Juntion, Alaska (305 nm). There are a few airports along the way that we may do touch and gos at, but the only full-stop I'm planning will be at Northway after we cross into Alaska. We will be following the road the whole way and the GPS flight plan below is more of a direct route from airport to airport so just use it as a reference. We will be flying without autopilot following all the twists and turns through the hills and trying to stay within 1,000 ft of the ground.

    When: 02Sep2014 @ 7:00PM Eastern
    Takeoff: 7:05PM EST
