  • MONDAY MAIL RUN #6: Bryan to Chicago

This week we'll be flying the Ford and Fokker Trimotors. Your choice which one and which livery! However please download and install them both so you can see all airplanes in the group flight. You'll find both in the Vintage Hangar of my Skydrive/Onedrive.

Week 6: Bryan, OH to Chicago, IL via South Bend, IN.

      VFR flight plan summary:
      1. Northwest to I-80.
      2. Follow I-80 westward.
      3. Fade left to South Bend.
      4. West to Lake Michigan shore.
      5. Follow shore to Navy Pier.
      6. Circle city anticlockwise.

Note if you saw the original calendar entry, it mentioned Elkhart as the stopover.
Because I've a tour around Chicago, I've changed the stopover to South Bend.

As always, please touch on a picture for the original, often larger, downloadable image.

Trivia question! (Please save answers till we're flying.) What does this strange craft, pictured below over the Hudson, have to do with our flight tonight?
